Zalakia Sunset Villas are situated in an ideal elevated position between the picturesque village of Peyia and the fanous Coral Bay in Paphos offering great sunset views and privacy. Zalakia holiday villas consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom two storey detached villas fully air conditioned and heated and are available all year around. The egant design, attention to detail and high standard of construction of Zalakia villas with luxury finishings offers everything you could possibly want including fully furnished interiors, private pool and garden and much more whilst still being affordable accommodation to all. The master bedroom is either situated on the ground floor facing the swimming pool or on the first floor. Elegant bars separate the kitchen and hall from the lounge areas. The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The fitted kitchen includes toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, full set of crockery, kettle etc. The bedrooms include twin beds and are either on the first floor with large balconies with table and chairs to enjoy the view & sunsets or ground floor. The villas also offer barbeque facilities (portable) and the private pool is 8 m x 4 m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas and there is also an out door shower. Paphos is a delightful place to holiday, a place where you can relax and unwind. You will enjoy the easy going pace of life and marvel at the Paphos' natural beauty. Zalakia sunset villas offer all that and Coral beach - the best beach in Paphos area is just 800 meters away and the picturesque village of Peyia where you can find some of the best local tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets are just 200 metres away. The nearest petrol station is only 200 metres away. Peyia munipal park is just 300 meters away and this offers an extensive children playground, a great restaurant and bar. Paphos bird and animal park is a couple of kilometres away and the famous Akamas peninsula national park and the stunning Lara bay are just a short drive to the west and abound with wildlife and plants, some of which are endemic to the region.

About the rates:

- The above rates are in euros per villa (not per person) per week stay

- Vat and other charges are included in the above prices

- Maid service once a week

- Air condition is charged extra as 5 euros per unit per day

How to book:

To Book your Cyprus Select Villa simply follow the steps below:

1. Conduct Us to enquire about availability and/or any other information on the villa.

2. We will then check availability and confirm back to you.

3. Once we have confirmed to you that the villa is available, you will then need to complete our booking form and send it to us.

4. You will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost. Payments should be made by bank transfer or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only).

5. Balance of payment is due four weeks prior to arrival

Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received the completed Reservation Form, your deposit Payment and we have sent you our Reservation Confirmation. Should you require any assistance, please conduct us.

How to Pay

All rates are in Euros per villa per week stay (and not per person)

A payment of 30% of the accommodation rental is required to secure the property for your preferred dates. The balance of the accommodation rental is due four weeks prior to arrival. Airport transfers and or car hire can be organized as extra.

Payments can be made by one of the following methods. Please select which method you will use:

Bank Transfer. Payment can be credited directly to our bank account. Contact us for the details of our account. Please ask the bank to reference your full name and holiday dates when sending the money (by bank transfer only).

Credit Card. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Should you wish to pay by this method please note that there will be a credit card charge of 4.5% of the total payment amount added to the total booking value.

If you select this payment method you will need to complete our special card payment form and return back to us to process the transaction.

For any payments made you will be receiving a full confirmation letter by e-mail or post.

Whilst there is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance through us, you are strongly advised to arrange suitable cover.
