Notes to Rental Rates

Rates include: Air conditioning, pool heating during the months of April to October, welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels and a weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights).

Rates do not include: Central heating in the winter months payable locally at 20 Euros per day.

Please note that a refundable security deposit is required for the amount of 500 GBP to cover any breakages / damages caused at the property.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and / or reception) the following wedding surcharges apply:
Up to 50 Guests GBP 750
51-100 Guests GBP 1000
