One of the upstairs bedrooms has a private outside entrance with direct access to the pool and garden area via a lovely Greek-Aegean style staircase over an arched door. The two upstairs double bedrooms have balconies overlooking the Mediterranean from which you can enjoy unobstructed sea views and unforgettable sunsets. The observation deck at the end of the garden is so close to the sea that gives you the feeling that you are away from civilisation.

The villa is very spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. Once outside the living room, walk through the covered veranda to reach a small staircase that takes you to the swimming pool and garden. Wonderful large rattan sunbeds are waiting for you there to soak up the sun. The covered barbecue area houses a large dinning table so dinning al fresco enjoying the sea views and sunsets could not have been more comfortable, relaxing and memorable!

The pool is big and it stretches in front of the whole face of the villa building. The sea views from all the balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular.

All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village, only 2 minutes away from Coral Bay High Street, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.

Also note that, apart from our other two villas and a convenience store 300 yards away, there are no other buildings near the villa in half a mile radius and no construction is to take place within this radius either.
