Notes to Rental Rates

Villa rental: must be for a minimum of one week

​

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning (central system), central heating.

 

Rates do not include: Pool heating (November to April) is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of £83.00 per night. Please note that the facility requires 24 hours to reach the appropriate temperature. A minimum of 7 nights use is required.

 

Please note a refundable security deposit of £750, payable locally upon arrival to the villa to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior consent from the owners. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and / or reception) the following special rates apply:
For up to 50 guests
A wedding surcharge of 350 Euros is to be paid locally directly to the owner.  A clean is carried out the morning after the wedding by the villa's cleaning team and is included in the surcharge.
 

Changeover day: Flexible 
*** Changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.
