Notes to Rental Rates

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), air conditioning, welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Pool heating during the months of October to April payable locally at 280 Euros per week and central heating available during the months of October to April payable locally at 280 Euros per week. Pool heating and / or central heating must be requested in advance before arrival and must be for the duration of stay.

Additional extras available: Spa package 700 Euros per week, payable locally, to include use of steam room, sauna and roof terrace hot tub. The package must be booked in advance and for the duration of the stay.

Please note a refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euros is required to be paid locally upon arrival directly to the property manager by credit / debit card. The security deposit is refunded, subject to no breakages / damages 7 days after the departure date.
