About Villa
Showcasing imaginative architecture and a dramatic infinity pool, this dramatic villa is as relaxing as it is beautiful. Enchanting both day and night, villa Avyana is paradise found. With their colorful decor and tasteful furnishings, the five en-suite bedrooms are perfectly suited for relaxing with family and friends. With a total of five bedrooms, villa Avyana can accommodate up to ten adults, or twelve guests total including children. Each bedroom includes luxurious bedding which can be configured as Queens or singles.

Outside area
Enjoy and evening watching the amazing Coral Bay sunset on your rooftop terrace followed by some gazing at stars. The pool deck is no doubt the heart of villa Avyana where guests come together to read, swim, have a drink at your private bar, or simply relax and let the world pass by. Guests at villa Avyana can watch a movie in your private cinema, play table football or table tennis, get a rejuvenating massage from our visiting masseuse after relaxing in your private sauna area. There are 4 restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk of villa Avyana covering all the food and beverages of your choice.

Accessibility
Villa Avyana comes complete with a lift to all floors except the roof terrace and all internal doors and showers are suitable for wheelchairs. The doors leading to the pool terrace and balconies are sliding patio doors suitable for a wheelchair.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest off shore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies. Coral Bay centre is approx. 2.5km from the villa.

Location Description
Coral Bay is the well-known award winning blue flag beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 2.5km of the villa. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honored with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, water-sports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments.

A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkeling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools. For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, approx. 3-4 kilometers inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
